We will spend 4 nights in Boise starting on Saturday. I have been researching restaurants via urbanspoon, travelocity, etc. Based on what I've read, I'm thinking Fork, Bardenay, Le Coq Rouge, and Gino's Italian. They all have great reviews. Anything to add or subtract from my list? Thanks!
Those are all good, the first two you listed are downtown and the other two are in west Boise and Meridian. Add on Red Feather (8th Street), Barbacoa (Parckenter Blvd), Grape Escape (8th Street), Cafe Vicino by the Boise Co-op, there are so many great places and too many to list. Here is a link to the Boise Weekly dining guide which is a good resource. Boise Weekly | Dining | Restaurants
and a link to the current local Best of Boise choices. If you click on the Category list on the left hand side you will see different restaurant categories.
I love Red Feather for locally sourced food. They have a great menu with lots of fresh, interesting, delicious choices. I'd personally opt for Red Feather for a special meal over Fork. Sounds like you've got a really fun visit ahead of you--good luck!
Flatbread Community Pizza is my go to restaurant. Barbacoa is a cool atmosphere, so so food. I loved Le Coq Rougue. Boise Fry Company is fun for a burger/lunch place. If you aren't familiar with Idaho or Utah Cafe Rio is yummy for a quick lunch.
Ok, I've updated my dinner list to Cafe Vincino, Gino's Italian, Le Coq Rouge, and still debating Red Feather vs Fork. I do want to try one of the pizza places for lunch, for sure! Thanks for all your help. We can't wait!

Le Coq Rouge is a fine place and very small restuarant. There is a larger French restaurant downtown, Le Cafe de Paris which you might want to check out too if you have the time.
Am I going to get totally flamed for suggesting Rick's Press Room? Yeah, it was on Diners, Drive Ins & Dives... but we had an AWESOME meal there.
