Default Apartments in Boise

I'm planning on moving to Boise in the near future and was wondering if anyone can give me suggestions for good apartments downtown or in the North side. I'd like something reasonable, close to the river and walking paths and convenient to stuff. Doesn't need to be fancy at all!

I'd appreciate any thoughts you have.

Thanks.

I live in River Quarry. It is GREAT! It is on ParkCenter BLvd in SE Boise very near downtown. the nice thing is that you have the option of 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom and even townhomes. I live in a townhome and love it. it has it own small lake and is right on the Green Belt along the river. All units have at least a one car garage and the townhomes have 2 car tandum garages.

there are so many great things about this complex that it is easier to just give you a link...

Default Townhome Style Apartments in Boise

Boise is a beautiful area to live with lots of outdoor activities and a great downtown area. We have several apartment communities in the Boise and Nampa-Caldwell area that are very reasonable. They are all brand new and are town-home style so there is no one above or below. If you want to see them online you can go to Trada Properties and look in Idaho. One is Keeneland Park on 11101 Fairview Avenue in Boise and the other is Faith Landing on the Nampa-Caldwell Blvd just past Karcher Rd and I-84 off the 33A exit. You can call our property manager at 208-853-7368.

Rentals.com is a great site for comparing information. I had a client stay at the Cottonwood Apts(208) 342-2074 , on the river and greenbelt, and he really enjoyed it. The pricing was reasonable and they were willing to negotiate a better price for contacting them 1 month prior to relocating. Good Luck...
