Are there known streets/areas around Boise that have Christmas lights and displays on most all of the houses? I've lived in cities in the past that had a "Christmas Tree Lane" or a certain neighborhood or street that was known to be the place to drive by and view many Christmas light displays.

I'm aware of the Trolley Tour and Winter Garden Aglow, but money's tight for us this year. I saw on a quick search of the forum that Harrison Blvd. and Warm Springs are good places to drive by. There must be others?

Every year the Idaho Statesman does an article with special houses to be sure to see. Off the top of my head, I can think of a couple of places in northwest Boise. There is one amazing house in particular--take Collister north from State, turn left on John's Landing and then it will be on your right at the corner of Waterfront. After that, go back to Collister and head up to Quail Ridge--will be a right turn after you cross Hill Road and head up the hill with the big water feature on the right. Quail Ridge is a higher end foothills neighborhood with several homes decked out for the holidays. Good luck and do keep an eye out for the Statesman's list.

Thanks! I'll keep an eye out for the Statesman article, too.
