Hello. I was arrested last night with a DUI while driving from Boise downtown. I had passed all the roadside sobriety tests but I blew a .087 on the breathalyzer so they arrested me.
I'm 45 years old and have had speeding tickets here and there over the years but never have been in any trouble and this is my first DUI. I'll be researching and calling attorneys on Monday, but wanted to check to see if anyone here has been in my situation and went through the process? I know each situation is different, depends on the judge, etc, but wasn't sure how much this is going to cost me?
I've been reading in Google and it just gives "as much as" costs, I haven't found any actual examples from anyone.
