Default Wage for diesel mechanics

Hi all, I currently live in CA and have been researching places to relocate to. My problem is that Colorado 9one of my considerations) lists their wages most of the time in classified ads, but Boise does not. If any of you are or know any diesel/heavy duty truck mechanics and give me a roundabout range of what the wage in the Boise area is and if most shops provide benefits I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

Try this link and look at page 31. That gives you the statewide average. Then go to page 91, that gives you the average for the Boise-Metro area. Notice the map of how large the Boise-Metro is, pg. 77. You will find, the closer you get to Ada County, the better chances you will be paid higher. Boise is in Ada County. There is also a Boise County so don't let that confuse you.
