Preschools in Boise/Eagle
Hello, I'm looking for a pre-school program for my 4.5 yr old daughter that will attend Kindergarten next fall. Does anyone have any recommendations? I'm looking for 2-3 hours in the morning or afternoon at least 3 days a week. I'm not interested in a daycare and would like a pre-school that provides a good balance of social and academic focused activities.

Come on, no one has a suggestion? Doesn't anybody on here have younger children and like the pre-school or early learning center they attend?
We'll be moving up Dec. 19 and I want to get my daughter in a school at the beginning of the new year.
I'm looking at Eagle Montessori and Eagle Early Learning Center but just wanted to see if anyone else has some good referrals.

I am an assistant teacher at Northview Montessori (located near the corner of Cole Rd. and Northview St. in Boise), it is a wonderful school and has very caring teachers..if I say so myself. Besides offering a preschool program they also have a kindergarten program as well. You can call and schedule a school tour with the owner Elaine Fortin and see for yourself at (208) 322-0152.

The Children's School is located in the North End of Boise and has a wonderful preschool and K program as from what I have heard from several friends. Also, I have friends with kids at Park Center Montesoori that are extremely happy.

A Step Ahead on Ustick in Meridian. I have had 2 kids there so far. Just call to see if she has any openings and stop by for a visit. Very happy there.
