Default Business-friendly towns west of Boise?
Which towns west of Boise have a reputation for being friendly to businesses? I am looking somewhere from Star/Meridian out to Fruitland. I plan to either build or lease a warehouse of about 20,000-30,000 sf.

foghat is on a distinguished road
nampa is very business friendly. Nampa is the second most populated city in the state with nearly 100,000 citizens.
