What is your definition of "upper end"? Our average price point for a home that sold in the past 30 days in Meridian is $298,103. I am also talking to some people that might sell their equestrian estate in Meridian for nearly $2,000,000.

Developments include: Spurwing Country Club area, Spurwing Estates, Castlebury, Castlebury West, Banbury, Two Rivers, Island Crossing - these areas are all north of Chinden Blvd and west of Eagle Rd. You didn't say what type of franchise, but please no more fast food places, nail salons, self storage facilities, car washes, oil change places, cell phone stores, dollar stores, yoga places or vaping stores - we have more than enough. Would really love something fun and creative, not just another box business. And if its food, at least offer something healthy. Thanks.

Banbury and Two Rivers are nice and very close to Meridian and Boise, and not to far from the Village as well.
