Default Does anybody know a good jewelry store in Boise?

Does anyone know of a good, non-chain, jewelry store in Boise? I'm new to town and it seems that a honest jewelry is harder to find than a good mechanic. Please let me know if anyone has a recomendation (you can PM it to me since the mods will probably consider it advertising otherwise)

Thanks

Default good jewelry store is Hal Davis

The good jewelry store for repairs used to be Hal Davis downtown. Although, I've made purchases at Fred Meyers -- believe it or not they are fairly decent on price and repairs. Try the one on Fairview in Meridian or 5-mile and Overland. Maybe some other places have moved in downtown that I do not know about. Ask your realtor for an opinion, they always have the "goods" on local businesses.
