Red face Mortgage insurers are flagging more than 9600 zip codes

and from the looks of the US map on the below referenced link, it apppears that the Boise area has made the list !!!!

I was somewhat surprised by this revelation. If anyone has the list of zip codes for ID (maybe it's all of them in SW Idaho ), please share the link.

I can't see why they'd flag Owyhee County, and much of the area on that map is Owyhee County.

No one lives out there.

Was there any speculation out there? Perhaps people thinking sprawl would eventually spread to Owyhee County? Planned communities 60 miles from city center. lol. Actually, that wouldn't surprise me.

If they are referencing Owyhee County, the least populated in the state, then it shows how flawed their research is.

Well, that map shows Owyhee County extended to Ada and Canyon, and perhaps parts of Elmore and TF County (I can't see it too well on my browser).

I just think they were lazy and marked the SW corner of the state.
