We will be on a multi-month western road trip in our camper-van. Partway through (mid-April til early June) we will take a break from the van and head to Europe/UK (building the trip around a family event in UK in mid-May).
Flying into/out of BOI might be perfect; when we return from the UK, we will head up into AB/BC and possibly on to Alaska (tbd).
We need a safe and secure place to park the camping van for 6-8 weeks. In the past years we have done this in airport-owned lots in Austin, and off-airport parking lots in SLC.
Criteria: fenced, lighted, secure. 24 hour patrol? Shuttle service to airport. Monthly rate or weekly rate would be ideal.
Suggestions for either official airport parking or commercial off-airport parking would be much-appreciated!
I would look for a good RV storage lot, which I assume would be cheaper than parking at the airport. You could take a taxi or Uber to and from the airport.
