No, I think you'd be fine in any of them, there's some nice homes in there and it's one of the subdivisions where thought was put into it. The nice thing about living on that side of town is you don't have as bad of congestion as other areas. I live not too far from there and have been quite please with the SW side of town. The ammenities have improved since we moved there 5 years ago so we find it to be quite the convenient location. You will get a little bunching up of traffic on Eagle/Victory, especially during typical rush hour times, but it's by far easier than the other side of Eagle Rd. I find it fairly centrally located- it takes about 15 to 20 minutes to get downtown if you need to.
