If you were here in SE Idaho that would be easy. I'll check with our groomer at work today to see if she knows anyone over there.
What kind of dog?

I am in Meridian-Boise. I have a little terrier mix, which groomers love to trim like a schnauzer but I prefer the longer hair style.
Thanks

I have two poodles and I don't like them having typical "poodle cuts" so they get 'puppy cuts' which foregos the 'pom poms'. I use Zamzows in Eagle. I know of people who live in Boise and Meridian who drive to my groomers because they like them.
On the flip side I have a friend who used to take her two bigger dogs to my groomers but she has switched to a place near D&B Supply off of Glenwood. Sorry I don't have the name, but perhaps someone else will know. My friend switched because she thought our groomers were getting too busy and taking less care with her dogs. She also complained of them not smelling clean when they got home. I have never had that problem with our small dogs.
Good Luck.

Well, I tried, but she doesn't know anyone well enough that she feels comfortable in reccomending.

hi!
well, he was never properly stripped when I adopted him so he doesn't have a true undercoat/overcoat any longer. I just like when a groomer trims with scissors and does not just use the clippers (this happened in the past).
Maybe I don't need to be concerned about this!
Just looking for someone very experienced, talented and patient!

dog groomer
There is a shop on mitchell and fairview...the two girls that own it are excellent at scissoring. They just opened but have been in the area for sometime. Both their names are kelly. I have been extremely happy. Its called kelli's extreme grooming and day spa.
