Still haven't discovered the Condo market like some. Have a few nice ones going in on 13th and more in downtown Boise. Developersare beginning to take old apartment buildings and make condos, nise too and down in Hyde Park area. Definitely worth checking out

1/3 acre for under 200k could be tricky. if it's out there i will find it. let me know.
