Default Another Califronian comes to for Idaho...

Hi! I've been reading all of your advice regarding Boise(esp, Torrie) and recently found out that I'll be moving by the end of June and I am soo excited to find my way around your lovely city. I was there last week and fell in love with the Norh End, Meridian, and Eagle. So here's where I need the advice. If anyone knows of a property available by middle of end of june/early july I would appreciate it.
I'm looking or a (fairly new) house, with a fenced yard(I have two small behaved dog) and also need a washer/dryer or least the hook ups for them. My Max amount per month would need to be $1200 or less.
Thanks again for being so helpful!

Kari

Hi Kari,

Welcome to Idaho, I think you'll really enjoy living here. Probably the best thing to do when searching for a rental is to look on craigslist. I can give you a name of a property management company if you'd like, just email me as I can't post on here due to forum rules. You shouldn't have any problem finding a place as there are several vacancies. Let us know what you think once you get set up.

Default Finally, another Californian!

Hi Kari. I think you will like it here. We moved up last Summer and have enjoyed it so far. You should be able to find a lot of places right now. Like Torrie said, try Craigslist or the Idaho Statesman on-line classified section. There should be quite a few compared to last year when I checked it out. Most of them will likely want a one year lease though.
