Default moving to boise and work

My family and I will be moving to boise as soon as we get done with a very emotionally hard adoption.
My wife has found a job but I am still looking. I have 33 years of working for the NYSDOT in civil engineering from which I retired and have an associate degree in computers, a bachelors degree in Ag Bus/ info tech mgmt and I am Working on my master's in bus Admin/informatics. So far haven't found anything that will use my knowledge and experience so I am trying here to see if anyone who is in Boise knows of anything. Won't stop our move but it would be nice to have a job before I get there but if not will keep looking after I get there.
thanks

No because I don't have my masters yet and I didn't think they would let some teach without a masters at least.
