Uh, Drummer, though I agree with you about the warming and the air quality getting worse, Boise has four distinct seasons, three of which are really mild.

Autumn in Boise is longer and more pleasant than almost anywhere in the nation. We're talking sunny, mid 60's to mid 70's weather for half of August, all of September, and into late October.

There's no place I'd rather be than in Boise during the fall.

Oh yes, the fall is the best here. It's like a mild extension of the summer but cooler temps. In fact, isn't daylight savings times going to extend longer this fall? I think I remember reading somewhere that it's extending a week longer. For some reason Nov 4 hits me as the day we change the clocks.
