Will be in Boise on business with just one evening free, what would be some nice places to check out? Anything in Boise you wouldn't want to miss on a monday evening?

I would go to Cabelas if I just had one evening there, but that's just me. The closest Cablelas to my house is about 2 hours away so if I were in Boise I'd visit the one there.

Art galleries in downtown have events on Monday evenings and the University also has some various events during Monday nights.
Are you staying downtown? I also know of some coffee houses and wine bars in the downtown area which often have live music, or art exhibitions on Monday evenings.
Check out this link to the Boise Weekly and the events calendar. You can search by date, area of the city, and type of events.

There is usually something going on downtown, I guess it just depends on what you're into. As mentioned above, you can usually find some live music or some good places to get a drink, or both. If sports are your thing, there is a hockey/basketball arena downtown, so you might be able to take in a game.

What's wrong with this picture? You're meeting Torrie before we meet!
