I've had to take my dog in twice in the last month or so. Once for stitches from jumping a barbed wire fence, and the other for breaking a toenail on the slide at the park. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They take my dog right in; and she doesn't seem to mind too bad when I leave her. They are a little pricey though. They charged me $65.00 for an office visit just to tell me the nail would fall off on its own! But that probly won't stop me from taking her back to see them the next time she forgets she is just a DOG!Hope this helps.
