Hey there Kristin and Torrie... I just got to thinking about my home in today's market, and thought not only "what do I have left in this thing", but also "hey... others might want to know just how inexpensive Treasure Valley homes can be"... If either of you are so inclined, next time you are working, run an MLS search on sold and listed early '70's 900sf. 3-1 ranch style homes in Nampa/Caldwell... others might be surprised at how affordable home ownership is in this state... I know I was

Thanks so much Kristin, I appreciate your efforts. I actualy sold real estate for a while, so I figured anything you could tell me I could extrapolate to my home. I was surprised to see I actualy haven't taken quite the beating I was expecting. Unfortunately I haven't found anywhere that us civilians can access a search for sold and pending property... I miss having MLS access. Thanks again Kristin.
