Oh yeah, that's a nice subdivision. Lots of mature trees in the area, walking paths and ponds....has a real nice feel to it.

Torrie:
How does Kuna compare with Eagle in terms of what you and I talked about?

Kuna doesn't have the upscale feel compared to Eagle, and is further away from Boise. I would say Kuna has more of a country feel to it. The downtown portion isn't as developed as what you'll find in Eagle. It's not a bad place, but just a different atmosphere than Eagle. It is growing and as time passes you'll see more development in this area.

Eagle has easy river access too. Kuna is nowhere near the river. Although I think there is some creek out there that people float...I think.

Eagle is in the river bottoms and has trees, trees, trees, everywhere.
Kuna has trees but is in a more arid, desert and farm land mix.
Eagle is also closer to downtown Boise.

They are all good there. But you have the rich kid element that transfers over into disrespect, entitlement, and drugs.

Surprisingly large drug element in Eagle, but I suppose that's everywhere. And it is a nice, somewhat ticky-tacky community.

Not THAT close to downtown Boise, and just to clarify: there is no freeway to McCall, and it's a stretch to the actual freeway and airport from Eagle.

Good river access, good foothills access, good access to Horseshoe Bend and the Payette River area.
