Hi, I am a retired 100% disabled Marine looking to rent a house in Boise area, near the VA Clinic & close to 2000 S. Empire Way 93709 Zip Code. Three Bedroom, Two Bath or Two Bedroom, 2 Bath 'WITH DEN or FAMILY ROOM'. No apartments or condo~!
Small yard OK, single car garage OK. Need at least 1500 SqFt Single level home. Thanks,,, Mr. McKernan

Mr. McKernan - have you also tried to post your request on Craigslist? I know a couple of realtors post on here too but you might broaden your exposure by trying that website too. Good luck!

Uh I think you mean 83709 zipcode. Depends what you define as close as the VA and the 83709 area are on opposite ends of town. *EDIT* Nevermind, it seems as if that is on the eastern end of the 83709 zip. Between Vista and Orchard in the 83705 zip would be my recommendation as it would be about in the middle of the two and would have pretty easy access to the freeway. The VA here is in the northend (I believe it's zip is 83712). Vista heads straight to the freeway, downtown (which is the direction to head to the VA) and intersects with Overland. Use the zoom out on the map link below and it will give you a pretty good idea of the layout of that area.
