What's the entertainment business like in Boise, ID?
Hello everyone,
I have been searching for a new place to live for awhile. Finally leaving Petoskey/Charlevoix in northern Michigan! I have a huge passion for the media industry and was hoping to start my own business doing something (don't want to name exactly) of the sort. So I was curious about venues, movie theaters, concert halls, DJ's, bands, filming, anything you can throw at me. The biggest factor in my move is safety and economy. Economy might not look great in Boise, but its better than where I am. And it might not be safer than Petoskey; but it is bigger, and one of the safest places I've found that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Was seriously considering California... but you know... California? Crime and $$$$$$$$$$ Plus my wife doesn't want a completely slowless christmas. I also have a 3 year old daughter, and she is mainly who i'm looking out for. I appreciate anyone who replies; thank you.
