Right now, Tanya Huff's The Enchantment Emporium while I wait for my book one from the Change series to arrive.

It's very engaging and in places laugh out loud funny, so I may have to look up some more of her titles. It's listed as an "urban fantasy", witchy doings in Ontario/Calgary.

Isabella if you love the “Kite Runner” read the new book The Host By Stephanie Meyer; I love this book. A fantastic, inventive, thoughtful, and powerful novel. The Host will keep you reading well into the wee hours of night, and keep you thinking, deeply, hauntingly, well after the final word.

Went to the library yesterday and ended up with Outliers by Malcolm Gladwell (have read his other books already) and a Dan Baldacci novel because my mother recommended him and said it was good. Started Outliers last night. Like all Gladwell's books, it consists of interesting social phenomena.

Placed a hold for The Liberators, which has to come in from another branch. Someone on another CD forum recommended it. It's about the people who liberated the concentration camps and their memories and impressions.

I'm almost finished Great House by Nicole Krauss and, even though I'm almost finished, I still don't know how she's going to tie this all together. A very good read.

Why was it closed? Of course, if you really do live in a treehouse on Mars, that could explain things.

Sure does. These telepaths just don't understand the importance of written records.
