Probably BBC America or PBS.
They haven't even started filming in the UK yet.

I just found an article. It'll be on one of the BBC networks, and it's a mini-series, not a series.
But I can't wait! I'm so fascinated with Thomas Cromwell, who was always a background character in every other Tudor work.
