Drizzt Do'Urden series (edition, fantasy, characters, buy)

I read the Homeland and Icewind Dale trilogies by R. A. Salvatore when I was younger. Now there are like 15 in the whole Drizzt series.

Is anyone else a fan? How is the series as it goes on?

I, personally, haven't read him... But! My son has every last Salvatore book ever published, and they seem to come out every month lol.

i've kept up with the entire run loved the Drizzt character from the first salvatore book i read- and havent missed one since. i'm currently reading the third book of the Neverwinter Saga, which is the last book of the latest series.

the core characters in the more recent books are very different from earlier in the series, but imho still entertaining and worth catching up on. he's running with an elf right now that makes for some good read'in

you can buy most of the triliogies in single editions now.

Salvatore is a very nice guy, too. I meat him at GenCon 15 years ago.

I had forgotten those books, they were so good as a kid. I remember loving them so much, wow I forgot all about them. something says I would not like them anymore since my reading taste have matured/advanced. Good memories though. I also read a lot of Ed Greenwood come to think of it.
