I've read the Pullman trilogy, three times I believe and bought it five or six times (for others). One of my favourites I reckon.

Piers Anthony did a terrific series on religion and the tarot. Riveting.

I also thoroughly enjoyed John Varley's The Gaean Trilogy.

PS - the Anthony series is: Tarot of God, Tarot of Vision, & Tarot of Faith

Faith of Tarot is the only title I can recall. Phillip Jose Farmer write a series of 5 books I read when I was much younger that started with the book "Beyond the Walls of Terra". I have to go and find it to see if my tastes have changed. His "Riverworld" series was excellent.

Is anybody familiar with a book called "The Book of Morgaine". I read this book once and it was borrowed from a friend. It was a fantastic story and I would like to get another copy. I can't remember the author's name. If anybody knows who wrote it or where I can get it I would really appreciate it.
