Default Short Term housing

Another apartment hunting question for everyone. Does anyone have any recommendations for safe, clean and T accessible corporate or short term apartment rentals in the Greater Boston Area?

We think it might be smart to go this route for at least the first month (September) and apartment hunt while we are already living and working in Boston. Would that be a smart route to take, since all the students will be out of the apartment market at that time? I heard that Fall was a decent time to apartment hunt in Boston, much better than summer, is this true?

Thanks again for all the advice!

The race to find an apartment is usually over by September 1. You can get some okay deals in October.

As far as short-term housing, check out the YMCA on Huntington Ave.
