Default good contemporary Christian Church

Hi there, don't know if you are still looking for a comfortable Christian church near Boston, but there is Grace Church in Stoughton. Try them out. Great atmosphere and not stiff - you can come in with tatoos.

While the OP mentions wanting a "hip" church, they don't mention whether they are more theologically traditional/conservative, or more theologically progressive/liberal.

The UCC is a great choice if you're looking for a denomination that's Christian and theologically progressive - in this category, check out First Church Somerville in Davis Square.

It's a warm, welcoming, young, growing, hip congregation with wonderful music, a couple of fantastic pastors, a community garden, and a real commitment to the community.

Cool Progressive Chuch Needed!

Hello, I'm also originally from Boston but have lived in numerous others states for 12 years. I currently belong to the most progressive church I have ever attended, here in Los Angeles, where I live now - it's called Mosaic, a non-denom Christian church, filled with various types of artists, it's magical! I'm looking to move back home soon & need to find a community like Mosaic. Please help!

THANK YOU~
