I see some beautiful condo buildings here and will be looking into purchase in the next few months. When I am looking online, how should I refer to this part of the city? It is not near any square. What is the name given to this section? It would be near the Charles river Embankment area and I have seen the Science Museum near by. Also I would appreciate some local history these condo building development there - North Point, Esplanade, Regatta, these are some of the names I have been seeing..

Thank you.

I just refer to it as memorial drive whenever I talk about that side of the Charles.

Do you mean off O'Brien highway? I've heard it referred to as Northpoint. Truly though, the only person I've heard refer to it as anything is someone I know who bought a condo there. Everyone else (including me) seems to call it "those new condos over by the Museum of Science".

I believe it is part of Cambridge. I lived at the Watermark near there for a few months.
