I am moving from Minneapolis to Boston this summer for divinity school and I'm looking for a place to live...the caveat: I live in an antique trailer! I need a place to park my adorable little home that's more permanent than a Wal-Mart parking lot, and closer to school than the trailer park in West Roxbury.
Is there anyone out there who would be down with a 12 foot trailer in their yard for anywhere from a few months to a year, and wants to knock off an extra $100 or so a month? I'm a young, trustworthy midwestern gal, who is trying to live simply and tread lightly. I'll be the warden of your yard, your lorax, your tomten

If you are of a progressive persuasion and live relatively close to Cambridge all the better!

Shout out if you are interested or if you are into the tiny house movement and have advice or suggestions.

There aren't a lot of front yards in Boston. Even houses on large lots with a yard, front the sidewalk, with 90% of the yard in the back. Alleys aren't wide enough to fit a trailer through (mine is barely wide enough for the lawn mower), so I think you'll need to either look at something out of the city, or give the trailer park another consideration.

Sounds like it would violate zoning laws. See if you can find a trailer park.
