Does anybody know anything about Belmont, Massachusetts? How close to Boston? How Suburban?

whinton is on a distinguished road
Belmont is fairly suburban (very close to Cambridge, though), mostly single family homes on smaller lots (there are some multi family houses). It has a very nice town center with a small Macys and other shopping. There is a commuter rail stop that will take you to North Station (short trip), and bus service to Harvard Square. The town is not very diverse, but schools are very good.
