parking garages near Boston (Orange: construction, rooftop, floors)

Hey guys,
I'm location scouting for a short film that my friends and I are doing. We need a sweet location for a parking garage, because that's where a lot of the action in our film takes place. Our ideal location would be the parking garage of the Mohegan Sun in Connecticut, but that's too hard to get. Any ideas? Also, it would have be vacated on two floors during the weekends. I know it's a random question but it's one of those dilemmas that are hard to find answers to just searching on google.

How about the Alewife parking grage - good skyline views of the city - and the rooftop can be empty at times on level 5 -
not sure about the 4th floor but the roof deck is sometimes pretty empty

I kind of remember there is a garage close to Orange line wellington station, which is under construction and almost finished. Maybe you can try it.
