The closer to Newton/Watertown the better. I miss Chrorizo, skirt steaks, chimichurris, and chorizos or Miami.

Pear, it is well worth the trip to the Taunton, Fall River area to get the better and often homeade Chorizo. Also the Kajzada's (spelling? pronounced KAY JADA'S) those little custard pies YUM. Many local supermarkets sell Chorizo that is just ok. There was a place in Weston, not far from Waltham called the Omni star and they sold good Cherizo and it was made in Fall River. Forget the brand name. Hope this helps as when reading this my mouth watered.

Not sure but you may be referring to chourico here instead of chorizo. Chourico being Portugese while the other is Spanish. Not sure just guessing because you might mean Gaspars out of New Bedford/Fall River.
Sorry OP i can not help you unless you are looking for chourico.

I'm guessing you've tried Whole Foods? I feel like they might carry these. Another place that comes to mind is American Provisions in South Boston. It might be worth it to give them a call to see, but they carry a lot of specialty meats and cheeses, etc, so they seem like a likely candidate. It's not in your target area I'm afraid, but it's not too far.

Depends on what type of Chorizo you would like. For Central American style (Salvadoran and Mexican) basically any Latin market or Supermarket in a heavily populated Latino area (Chelsea market basket, Stop and Shop in Somerville, etc.) Personally I like Tony's Foodland and Amigo's market on Broadway in East Somerville for Chorizo. Tony's will have a selection of Central American and Portuguese chorizo most days.

For Morcilla, El Paisa butcher shop in East Boston has incredible house made Colombian style Morcilla. Otherwise Moody's butcher shop in Waltham is always worth the drive as well.

For specific cuts of steak, give Savenor's, Tony's or Moody's a call and they can help you out for sure.

I second the Market Basket suggestion. I would also check the Solucao meat market on Ferry Street in Everett. It's a Brazilian store, but they carry many other Latin American products as well and have an extensive butcher shop and grocery selection. They used to have a location in Union Square, Somerville as well, but I believe that one reopened under a different name which escapes me at present. Conveniently there is an old-school Market Basket nearby on Somerville Ave; this isn't nearly as good as the newer one in Chelsea however. In any event, given the OP's interest (expressed in another thread) in living near Charlestown and Downtown Boston on a budget, a trip to Somerville may be worthwhile.

I believe you are referring to Casa De Carnes and yes it is a very good store with excellent selection. Union Square also has La Internacional Foods which also has a great selection of Central and South American goods.

Yes - that's the one. "Casa de Carnes" literally means "meat house" in Portuguese - Solucao is the name of the store according to the sign. It's on Ferry Street in Everett near the corner of Woodward Street. There's a parking lot, and it's also T accessible via the 104 bus, which stops very close by. I can check today to see if they have these as I live nearby.
