Just set a price limit and ask to go Omakase and enjoy the ride.

Cafe Sushi: cafesushicambridge
Uni: Uni Sashimi Bar by Ken Oringer and Tony Messina

Cafesushicambridge....sounds like a winner; on Mass ave...I knew it, I remember all the Indians restaurants and Chinese restaurants there years ago.....thanks.
My kids and I have almost eaten ourselves into Bankrupcy on Sushi....lol

I worked at Cafe Sushi when it first opened up. They do know their fish and always had a great variety of offerings. And I was always well fed at the end of the night!

I will repeat the recommendation of Cafe Sushi in Cambridge. We went recently and were impressed. I also like Fugakyu in Brookline.

Forget O Sushi in Harvard Square, and go to Cafe Sushi, just outside of Harvard Square. I've been going there for 20 years, and I know the current manager ( son of the owners, who immigrated from Japan). The restaurant has existed for 30 years, and you'll have a great experience.

A couple years ago I remember seeing in Zagat the highest rated sushi place was Oishii, followed by Oga's in Natick. Those are the two I frequent the most, along with Fugakyu in Sudbury.

Interesting! I've driven by Oga's 100 times but never stopped in. I guess I'll have to check it out. Fugakyu is great though. I've been to their Brookline location many times.

I've tried MANY in downtown. The one I always stop at when I come back into town now is Symphony Sushi. The avocado salad is worth the trip from Dallas.
