Might be able to find a place with a driveway in the residential streets around Brighton Center/oak Square.

Maybe, but if he's living alone it would be tough to do on $1250, and if he has roommates its unlikely he will get to house TWO vehicles in there. Maybe.

I can park the bike in the same spot as the car, they are both pretty small. I plan on storing the bike at my parents for the winter assuming they get a place with a garage.

Alone that probably wouldn't happen, but with roommates absolutely possible. My driveway in brighton could easily fit a cat and a motorcycle though it's just one spot. Have a garage too (though it's mostly filled with landlords random crap).

I just thought if there were roommates they probably would also have a vehicle, so one person taking two spots probably wouldnt' fly. Whatever.

There is also ample street parking in the area. My house has 4 people and 3 cars, tons of parking.

Unless there is some issue with parking them both in the same spot, I will be fine with one parking space.

Wow I rented a decent 2 bedroom in Brighton near Comm and Harvard intersection for $950 once, a block from a place called the Armadillo cafe. I'm old.
