Good Christian private school near downtown Boston?
I may be offered a job in downtown Boston. The most important criteria is to be near a good Christian school for my son, and the second is commute (less then 1/2 hr if possible).
Any suggestions for a good Christian school?
Thank you!!

Sorry don't know if they are good or not... also you may want to tell people what grade you're looking for. Half hour commute normally puts you inside Rt95/Rt128. You may need to look for schools inside Boston. Last of all, you may want to do a search for christian/catholic school on this thread.
Here's a list of catholic schools

Thank you Smarty for your quick response. I did do a search but found mostly Catholic school information. I need info on Christian (non Catholic) schools. I am open to non denominational, Baptist, Methodist, etc.
He would be attending prek-4 next year but it does not need to be a school that has pre-k. I just want to make sure I am near a good school that starts at Kindergarden. I can deal with a good local daycare for one year.
Thanks

Sorry.. don't know any non Catholic schools... Catholic church is big around here and very well established... There are plenty of private schools but they're not religious.
May be you can tell if these independent schools are what you're looking for

there aren't really any "christian" schools in greater boston like there are in the South, but Park St. is affiliated with a protestant church and is in beacon hill. There is a friends school in Cambridge. There is also Lexington Christian, but I think that is only high school and doesn't have the same academic reputation of the other prep schools in the area, like Milton, Concord, Middlesex, Winsor, etc.
