Hello! I just moved to Roxbury in Washington Park, about a mile away from Jackson Square and Stony Brook T Stops. I'm a white 22 y/o woman and I occasionally commute to Cambridge for work.

Which T stop is safer for me to take? And which walk to the T would you recommend? Also should I be wary about walking home at night from the T?

Basically any suggestions for safety would be amazing.

Thank you!

I would pick Stony Brook over Jackson square. Jackson square has had incidents in the past

Bromley Heath has changed it's name......but not it's ways.
That being said Mozart and Boylston gets a little sketchy down near stony.
Be aware. Don't walk with your phone in your face.
Common sense stuff and you should be fine at both.
I would pick the closer of the two and walk with pride.
Good luck.
