Exactly. This is city-data, not just some place where people can share their knowledge, observations, and experiences.

I don't partake, so I may not be 100% accurate in this answer.

There are no retail shops yet. Still working out the logistics of all that. You can smoke but not in public places. You can carry up to an ounce, I believe, and keep a lot more in your house. You can grow 6 plants. As a tourist, it might be hard to find a place to smoke legally, but you can carry it.

Swim about 100 yards out into Boston Harbor...stop...touch your toes...then flail your arms above your head for about 5 minutes...the Captain MJ will be right along in his yacht to hook you up with the best stuff you have ever smoked in your life. I'm not kidding. Hope you enjoy Boston!

Just go on Craigslist in the "Strictly Platonic" section if you want to buy. If you're street smart you'll be fine. Type in 420.

It's not hard to find a place to smoke. Just keep moving. Anywhere in Cambridge you won't attract much notice. or Somerville. If I weren't worried about running into people I know, I might walk down the street with a joint myself.

I hear the Dean at Hartvord or however is spelt is the biggest dealer in towne. So I wouldn't worry if I were you. Just be a pilot fish. You are in Boston after all. Just say you were out looking for the nearest tea party. It always works.
