If you are in the city you will do well. If you travel (like I do for work) not so much. They do have smoking deals.

Make sure you check the coverage on their site. I have Sprint and am close to the MA and NH border, I get 0 bars in and around the house and just a street down the road I get 4G LTE. But their online and phone CSRs are very helpful, for the house they sent me a free signal booster and that does the trick for me.

I completely agree with this and was thinking about it over the weekend. I don't have problems in the Boston area for the most part but have been travelling a great deal out to the Cape and through Berkshires. There are signal gaps on the Cape and no signal in much of the Berkshires region. This weekend, I traveled to Stockbridge and then through upstate New York to Ridgefield, CT. No signal in these areas. The North Adams/Williamstown/Bennington region has spotty coverage IME.

Their customer service is the best I have experienced having also been through T-Mobile (awful!), AT&T (meh CS and expensive), and Verizon (pretty good CS but expensive).

Was thinking about switching back to Verizon. If they weren't so $$$$, I would have already done it.

Thanks for the insight guys. I've been with ATT for 20 years and didnt even think to shop around. Sprint is offering $50 Unlimited. ATT charges 90 for that. I only average about 3Gigs a month. but would be a nice comfort knowing I dont have to worry. I guess I'll wait till next month when the new Iphone drops and get an even better deal on the current model.

AT&T has a $40 unlimited everything if you have it automatically charged each month to a credit card. I found them the best of a bad lot.
