Hi!
My husband got a job in Boston as researcher in the BU. We are moving in October-November. We have been checking online the prices of 1bd appartment in Boston and it's really expensive. So we would like to know nearby area easy to commute(Max 45min)to Boston where the prices are not too expensive.(Not bad/conflictives areas please)
Thank you very much!

We can't help you unless you tell us what you mean by expensive and not too expensive. Also 45 by car or by public transit? Lastly, will he be at the main campus or the medical campus?

Hi!
Expensive for us is 1900 for one bedroom apartment or studio. Not too expensive around 1500-1600. 45min by car or public transit, he doesn't mind but I hear the there is lote of trafic in the morning time
He will be at Boston university school of medice.
We saw Quincy, It looks fine to get to his job, is it a nice/fine area?
Thanks in advance

It may not be a lifestyle choice. In any case, Boston has its charms.

Pictures don't tell the whole story, unless it's pictures of dead presidents on those green pieces of paper.

No jobs in Spain. I've noticed a lot more young people from Spain moving here. I hear to Germany as well.

Some people on C-D can be so unhelpful.

Quincy would be a good place to look. You'll want to be as close to the red line as possible to shorten the commute. Driving from there would have really bad traffic.
