I would think south boston and hyde park would not both be south bay. They are not close to each other at all.

nothing, bored, shiggles; i mean, i'm going to draft a proposal to the mayors office tomorrow morning.

these groupings have been in my mind since i left so i decided to jot down and share my random notes.

Back Bay is already a neighborhood of its own. I have no idea what the other classifications you are trying to make even are. And many of the areas listed are separately incorporated cities which are not part of Boston at all (although of course they are in the Boston metro area)

its kinda organized by central downtowny area, southern urban residential, northern urban residential, western urban residential.

I get it and I agree..cultural/physical regions of Boston. Bostonians will pretend not to get it as they dont like change.
