yes, we do know that there are poor marginalized red-lined ghettoized caucasion people (southie comes to mind). but the
old-boy network tends to invest with those on a similar socio-economic strata.
your assertion that there are just as many poor caucasions as there are poor minorities (not sure if thats true, but maybe) does not correlate to the contra-positive; that there are just as many wealthy caucasions as there are wealthy minorities (there is a direct proportion among wealth, access to healthcare/education/... and race/ethnicity). the stereotypical belief that minorities have more opportunity but squander their lives on impractical things and are lazy ... seems more
