Need Room 10/6-10/8 near Hop On Hop Off, Ducks etc ?? What Hotels Motels are close that I should be looking at? What is name of area? Downtown, Wharf etc. thanks

Don't do the duck tours. It's a very unsafe operation. I'd go with the hop on hop off. Even better a Segway or walking tour. Boston is small, you really don't need a bus to see all of it.

I got a pass for Ducktours and Museum of science package for 4 people for about $140 I think. Theres 3 locations. On at the Aquarium, Museum and Prudential.

There's really no unsafe areas where most of the hotels are.

Either Downtown or the Back Bay is convenient. Boston is small, you can walk and take the subway to where you need to go.

On booking websites, any 3+ star hotel in the Back Bay, Financial District, Beacon Hill, Government Center, Downtown Crossing, Theatre District, or Aquarium/Waterfront area (not seaport, though that’s not bad either- just a little further removed) will be fine. All of those locations are central and walkable with good T access.

Marriot Long Wharf is right next to the aquarium, walking distance to Faniuel Hall
