Went to Boston for a day since I was near by and got confused on the way to Fanuiel Hall... the GPS told us to use exit 24a to get out at government center but we didn’t see any signage until pretty much the last moment and missed the exit. Wasn’t a big deal by any means but we saw a sign and it said a the right lane was for a specific exit and the signage for 24abc was hanging over the next lane over and we didn’t realize that sign meant all those signs were for the same exit.

Were we really the only ones who misunderstood that or has this happened to others?

Judging by the idiots who stop at the last second in the right most lane trying to cross over and stay on 93 it's a common mistake.

Judging by your username you’re from Brooklyn, which is where I grew up. I mean come on, fuggetaboutit. Boston roads are hard to figure out. You gotta know them. The gps is stupid here. It’s just to overwhelming for that technology. So yes, it happens all the time and in many places in and around Boston.

Hope you had a good time.
