My 5 year old got into The Sage School, The Pike School and Milton Academy. Milton seems to be the easiest commute from city. But if proximity was not an issue, how do I choose from these three? Academic rigor is important, so is the whole child aspect and athletics. I am not sure if The Pike and Milton has challenging curriculum for elementary programs. Can anyone advise?

He also got wait listed into most of the city schools.

I'm sure any of them would be more than fine for your child. Milton offers the option to stay all the way through 12th grade and would be by far the easiest commute.

Milton is great as your child can stay there through high school without having to apply again in 7th or 9th grade when it gets much more competitive.

Have you looked at Buckingham Brown and Nichols?

all 3 are in different geographic areas - Sage is in Foxboro, Pike is in Andover and Milton Academy is obviously in Milton. Depending on where you live or if you are willing to uproot yourself from your current home and job, commute would be a factor. Why did you apply to these 3 schools all in completely different locations?

Milton by a mile.

The other schools are 4 levels lower in prestige. Milton is one of the top 10 schools in the country.
