Default Natick Village Apartments in Natick, MA

Another thought is there are apartments right across the street from the West Natick train station on Rt 135. I believe the primary complex there is Natick Village or Natick Green but there are some slightly newer and much nicer units adjacent to that. I don't know if they're owned by the same property management company or not.
Hi:

I work at TJX and am planning to rent an apartment at "Natick Village Apartments". Saw some good reviews on this one in that area. Can anyone please verify how good the management/apartment condition is there, or if there are better ones around that area?

Here is some info about me:
-Professional male in late twenties.
-Single and quiet (couldn't care less about living in Boston or closer to nightlife, have a car and can drive anywhere when I want to).
-Off-street parking is an absolute must.
-Want to live close to work, such as in Natick Village.
-No kids, and prefer not having too many around (no offense !! )
-Want to live VERY close to gym (Natick Village has Gold's Gym 0.2 miles from apt.)

As you can see, I am pretty set to rent Natick Village, just checking if there are some horrible stories out there or something I need to be aware of.

Thanks a lot in advance.

Hi Ron - My husband used to live in the complex next door to Natick Village and it was quite well maintained. I don't remember the exact name. The buildings were yellow colored and I think called something like Walden Woods. They seemed a little nicer and newer than Natick Village, which is also decent. I've had clients who lived there who liked it fine. They're pretty basic but the commuter rail access is so convenient. You just walk across the street to the W. Natick train and don't have to hassle with parking. There's a mix of single professionals and families that live there. The only time I heard someone complain was about moveout times. I think they made this woman give two months rent when she left but I don't really recall the circumstances. She may well have been breaking her lease.

Aha, just asked my husband and he said he lived in Deerfield Forest, which is on Walden Dr. Rents there are around $1200/mo for a renovated one-bdrm unit.
