Default any advise on which town do you perfer Lynnfield or Readling any thoughts?

I am moving to the area and have narrowed it down to Lynnfield or Reading. Does anyone have any advise or pros or cons for these two towns. I am married a stay at home mom my husband works from home we have two young children who we will be sending though the public schools system. Any help for us to make up our mind on which of the two towns would be great.

thanks

My understanding is that Lynnfield has far better schools. It's a beautiful town. Home prices are high but it seems like a lovely place to live.
