Default moving to boston/newton

I 'm moving to Boston at the end of January. I've seen some places in Newton that I like. One is in upper falls, the other near newton center. Any thoughts on living in newton falls. I couldn't make out the area well and didn't have a chance to look around.

Not sure what you are looking for. So, don't know how to answer your question. Newton in general is a nice city. It has 7(?) villages. Newton South in general is a perfered High School (vs Newton North). Higher median housing price in Chestnut Hill and Waban. Nothing wrong with either Newton Center or Upper Falls.

Here are some Newton maps that may help.
