Default Relocation to Greater Boston

Hi there,
thanks for reading!
My wife and me will probably relocate from Europe (Germany) to the Boston area. My office will be in Boston downtown (although I will not be there too often), more important is the distance toLogan Airport - not too close due to the noise, but as close as possible as I travel by plane REALLY often.

Any recommendations? Just from looking at the map the area south of Boston along the shore looks nice, but what are your recommendations? We are looking for a "single-family-home" neighborhood, the time to commute to Logan airport airport should not be more than 25 mins during the early morning hours (6.00-6.30 am) - and it should provide some infrastructure in terms of restaurants.

Thanks a lot in advance!

Towns in the west is just as easy now that the new tunnel (Ted Williams) is re-opened. Mass Pike /Rt90 goes right in to the airport at those hours. You can probably go out as far as Natick/Framingham.

Swampscott, Marblehead, Lynnfield, Peabody, Salem, Danvers

These are the towns you want to look at. No problem getting in to the airport via Route 1 and 1A during the early morning.
